Current Project Status

EVTA1 - Security Token

The investment phase for the EVTA1 Token was successfully completed in September 2023. The related artwork is currently in the final phase of sale and preparations for final settlement are underway. No active platform interaction is required for EVTA1 investors at this stage.

EVTA2 - Security Token

The commercialization of the underlying artwork has begun. To ensure a clean and sustainable continuation, closer coordination at the ownership and structural level is currently underway. The EVTA2 process is therefore continuing within a structured transition phase. The token is no longer offered publicly and remains limited to existing pre-sale tokenholders. No action is required at this time and updates will be shared with tokenholders.

Platform & Technology Update

As the investment phase for EVTA1 has been completed and no active public token sales are currently ongoing, the existing investment platform has been taken offline for practical and efficiency reasons. In parallel, Encrypt Ventures is preparing a new, state-of-the-art investment platform with a new technology partner, designed to support future projects and upcoming investment phases. 

Important clarification: The future platform is not required for the validity of existing tokens, the settlement of EVTA1 and the payout process.
All issued tokens are registered on the Fuse Network blockchain. This means: tokens exist independently of any website or platform, ownership records are immutable and publicly verifiable tokens remain valid, and active EVTA1 investors will receive a personal verification link allowing them to independently confirm their token holdings on-chain.

Next Steps

EVTA1 investors will be contacted directly with on-chain verification details and information regarding final processing.
EVTA2 investors will receive updates once the transition phase is completed.

FAQs

Why is the investment platform currently offline?
Because the EVTA1 investment phase is completed and no public token sales are active. The platform is not required at this stage.
Does this affect my EVTA1 investment?
No. Your investment, tokens, and payout process are unaffected.
Are my tokens still valid?
Yes. All tokens remain fully valid and registered on the blockchain.
Can tokens disappear if a platform is offline?
No. Tokens exist independently on the blockchain and cannot be removed by shutting down a website.
Is the new platform required for EVTA1 payout?
No. Settlement and payout are handled independently of any platform.
Why is EVTA2 currently in a transition phase?
Because further clarification at the structural and ownership level is required for the next steps. Encrypt Ventures has deliberately decided to proceed only once this clarification has been fully completed.
How will future updates be communicated?
All updates will be sent directly by email and published through official Encrypt Ventures communication channels such as this Information Center.
